Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation refund policy at our company ensures that you can book our services with peace of mind. Moreover, we offer a flexible policy to accommodate your needs if plans change, making it easy to cancel or reschedule. Return Policy:

 

    • Customers can initiate returns using the app, website, and mobile site.

    • Customers can initiate a return within 30 days of Order Delivery.

Terms and Conditions:

 

    • The product in the form of liquid must be returned to the Seller (Corus) with proper packing.

    • Products being returned should be in good condition otherwise they will not be accepted by the Seller (Corus).

Products that cannot be returned

 

    • Our product is foldable and is in unsealed/opened/used condition.

    • Products marked as Non-returnable.

    • All temperature-controlled products (like Insulin, Injection, Temperature Controlled Eye Drops, Chocolates etc.).

    • Undergarments in this category are excluded from our general return policy due to hygiene reasons.

Cancellation Policy:

 

    • You can cancel an order by clicking on the Cancel link/button.

    • You will be able to cancel an order till the time it is dispatched from the seller. If you are unable to cancel an order from the app or website, you can reject the order at your doorstep.

Refund Policy:

Refund against Cancellation:

Customers will receive a refund for canceling an order or any failed payment credited to the original mode of payment – Credit/Debit Card, Net banking or Third Party Wallet.

Refund against Return:

For Prepaid orders, customers can choose to get their refund on Return(s) through one of the options below. Firstly, the refund shall be initiated within 5 days from the date of return pickup.

Specifically, the refund will be credited to the bank account entered by the customer at the time of initiating the return request. However, in case of transaction failure due to invalid bank account details, Corus reserves the right to refund the amount to the Flipkart Health+ Wallet of the customer.

Alternatively, the refund will be credited to Corus Wallet in the form of eGift Cards (issued by Pine Labs Pvt Ltd). Moreover, detailed Terms and Conditions of the wallet are provided here.

Additionally, the refund will be credited to the bank account associated with the UPI ID entered by the customer at the time of initiating the return request.

In contrast, in case the payment is made by Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or Third Party Wallet, you may get the refund within 7 to 15 working days. Lastly, kindly note that there may be delays in refunds as they’re handled by the bank.
